Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.
1 General Provisions

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
The platform may ask a member to submit identity verification documents at any time. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other acceptable form of identification. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the required verification is completed.
2.2 Password and Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Please notify our support team as soon as possible if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. bagh3 is not responsible for any loss resulting from your login details falling into the hands of a third party.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms apply to financial transactions on bagh3:
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for every payment method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.
- The right to temporarily suspend processing of withdrawal requests is reserved if fraud is suspected.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
bagh3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms must be followed to enjoy these offers:
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus:
- The total of the bonus and the deposit must be turned over at least 10 times (10x) (wagering requirement).
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The bonus contribution may differ for certain games — contact the support team for details.
- The welcome bonus is available once per member, family, or household address.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.

- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
4.3 VIP Program
The bagh3 VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week
Advancing to a higher tier depends on consistent play and active participation on the platform.
5 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagh3 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
Fraud and Deception
- Manipulating games using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
- Providing false information on an account.
- Making deposits using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
- Attempting to hack an account or intrude into the system.
Money Laundering and Abuse
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Creating an account with the sole objective of claiming bonuses (bonus hunting).
- A single person attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.
- Coordinating with other users to influence game outcomes.
6 Game and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules and terms, which are displayed when the game loads. All games available on the bagh3 platform are operated by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. The rules of these providers apply.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is incorrect or a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, bagh3 may declare that round void and return the stake. If an unusual or impossible winning amount appears as a result of a technical error, bagh3 reserves the right to review and cancel that win.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has set minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are subject to change and the platform reserves the right to change them at any time. Different stake limits may apply for bonuses or VIP tiers.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
bagh3 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to pass identity verification or failure to submit required documents in time.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- At the direction of a legal authority.
If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team. Withdraw any remaining eligible funds before closing the account.
8 Privacy and Data Protection

If a dispute arises between bagh3 and a member, the following procedure must be followed:

11.2 Review Process

11.3 Final Decision
The final decision of bagh3's management authority applies to all disputes and will be considered binding.
12 Intellectual Property
All content on the bagh3 platform — including logos, graphics, designs, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bagh3 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
The content and trademarks of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) are the property of those respective companies and are protected by their own intellectual property laws.
13 Applicable Law
The applicable law and jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions will be determined in accordance with the relevant service agreement. bagh3 complies with all applicable laws and regulations and operates its platform as a safe and fair-play environment.
